This role is very much responsible for managing our brands and partners end to end e-Commerce performance including, sales, marketing, inventory, pricing, on-site visibility & traffic, collaboration, evaluation, and execution.

The ideal candidate is required to have some background in the e-Commerce industry, also an analytical team player who owns the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Store Management of Assigned Brands on E-commerce Marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute campaign promotional planning, pricing strategies, and budgeting (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers, etc), and ensure compliance in execution.
  • Manage product forecast, stock inventory & ensure high stock availability, and low aging inventory.
  • Manage marketing claims recovery from vendors within contractual terms.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stocks are inbounded and orders are shipped on time.
  • Onboarding of new Brands on marketplaces, and overseeing the entire store onboarding requirements.
  • Liaise with both brand owners and platform partners to build strong rapport and engagement, establish good understanding of brand performance across all channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and recommend actionable insight from post-campaign evaluation analyses and incorporate them into business strategies.
  • Accountable to ensure brands are performing accordingly to targets and KPIs.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of Product Management / Merchandising experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Have strong networking and negotiation skills, team player, adaptive, ability to multitask, and able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to details and good follow-up capabilities.
  • Note: Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Job Description

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of strong experience in the e-commerce industry, experience working in vendor, enabler, or platform is a big plus.

Job Description
  • We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the daily operations including inbound, order fulfillment, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse.
Operations
  • Directing and monitoring day-to-day sales and business operations activities to meet operations goals, overall inventory accuracy adhering to targets and business targets given.
  • Forecast and plan in advance the timeline for all operational requirements and manpower needs to meet both business and operations objective.
  • Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.
  • To oversee all order returns and dispute management.
  • Providing leadership, direction and communication to warehouse operations personnel by working closely day to day on all operational task related.
  • Involved in human resource, finance, logistical and general administrative matters, recognizing any operational issues and provide solutions for implementation.
  • Being a project leader by spearheading and leading the implementation and improvement for all system and structural changes related to operation and productivity.
  • Working closely with Management in developing strategic direction for the Company and to formulate operational plans and operational improvement to lower cost.
  • Diligently update management on the business status and achievements and also to compile and present information to the team’s progress monthly.
Warehouse Management
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and 3PLs.
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc).
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies, procedure and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure the company’s physical assets (building, equipment, inventory, etc.) are appropriately controlled, maintained, protected, and utilized, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Requirements and skills
  • Diploma/Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or any related field.
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager.
